Manager, AI Next Frontiers

Manager, AI Next Frontiers will lead the development and deployment of generative and agentic AI solutions across pharmaceutical marketing and field engagement. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable AI products integrated with existing commercial platforms while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product development including ideation, design, development, deployment, and performance measurement
• Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions integrated into commercial platforms
• Evaluate and manage external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships for marketing and field engagement
• Champion adoption of AI capabilities across teams and establish best practices for AI product development and scaling
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and medical/legal standards

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or commercial analytics
• Demonstrated leadership of AI transformation initiatives in marketing, engagement, CRM, or commercial operations
• Expertise in generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, NLP, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into AI product strategies and scalable solutions
• Experience evaluating external AI vendors and enterprise platforms
• Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
