Founding Account Executive | Tempe, AZ
\n \nKlutch MFM is hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build one of the fastest-growing opportunities in AI sales coaching and recruiting . If you've ever wanted the chance to think like an entrepreneur instead of just filling a seat, this is it.
\n \nYou'll be one of the first sales hires helping launch and scale our AI-powered sales platform while growing our recruiting business. This isn't an account management role—it's an opportunity to build something, influence strategy, and create your own success alongside a rapidly growing company.

What You'll Do
\n- \n
- Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals \n
- Sell AI-powered sales coaching software and recruiting solutions \n
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders \n
- Own and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot \n
- Partner with recruiters while you stay focused on closing new business \n
- Help establish the sales playbook as an early member of the team \n
