About the Role

As a Dispatcher you will serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and office staff. You will coordinate daily schedules, dispatch technicians efficiently, communicate updates, and help ensure customers receive a positive experience from the first call through job completion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced service environment where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service calls

• Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as priorities change

• Coordinate emergency and same-day service requests

• Communicate appointment times, delays, and updates to customers

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling needs

• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service notes

• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and office staff

• Track technician progress throughout the day and assist with schedule adjustments

• Help maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction

• Utilize dispatch software, phone systems, and company technology daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or coordination experience preferred

• Experience in a service industry environment is a plus

• Experience with dispatch software, particularly ServiceTitan, CRM systems, or scheduling platforms preferred

• Strong computer and data entry skills
