Onsite Coordinator – Distribution Center Operations We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Onsite Coordinator to support daily workforce operations at one of our distribution client sites. This role is the key connection between our associates and client leadership, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and an exceptional onsite experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while keeping operations running smoothly. Schedule • Overnight Shift: 3:30 PM – 5:00 AM • Must be available to work weekends • Onsite presence required ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and client management • Coordinate employee scheduling and attendance tracking • Support onboarding and new hire processes • Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting • Address associate questions and concerns professionally and promptly • Partner with client leadership to ensure staffing needs are met • Foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment ________________________________________ Qualifications & Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred • 1+ year of experience in staffing, workforce coordination, HR support, or related field preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or workforce management systems • Comfortable working onsite daily with direct interaction with associates and client leadership • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
