Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support department managers and facility leadership as needed
• Handle confidential information professionally
• Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, and office organization
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
