Enterprise / Commercial Account Executive - Territory Manager Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (~3 Days in office) About the Company TwentyAI has partnered with a high-growth, developer-first software company that helps engineering teams write cleaner, more secure, and more reliable code before it goes live. Their platform automatically analyzes code and flags: Bugs (things that break) Security vulnerabilities (things hackers exploit) Poor-quality code (things that slow teams down) Think: Grammarly for code — embedded directly into developer workflows (IDEs, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines). They’re used by millions of developers globally and trusted by some of the largest, most security-conscious organizations in the world. The Role This is a full-cycle Account Executive role owning a defined territory, responsible for driving net-new revenue across mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You’ll be selling into engineering organizations, often through a bottom‑up motion where developers are your champions, while also engaging senior technical leadership (Head of Engineering, DevSecOps, CTOs, etc.). This is a high‑activity, high‑ownership environment — ideal for someone who can operate with enterprise‑level sophistication but still bring strong mid‑market execution and urgency. 5–7+ years of closing experience (post-BDR) Has developed enterprise‑level sales skills , but still operates with a strong mid‑market revenue engine (urgency, activity, pipeline generation) Experience selling technical or developer‑focused products (SaaS / infrastructure / DevTools ideal) Comfortable owning end‑to‑end sales cycle Strong outbound motion + ability to generate pipeline Sharp discovery skills + strong storytelling ability Resilient — able to push deals forward or walk away when needed What You’ll Be Responsible For Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → close) Generate pipeline through outbound + partner with inbound Sell into technical stakeholders and executive buyers Navigate both bottom‑up and top‑down sales motions Drive deals ranging from mid‑market to large enterprise Accurately forecast and consistently hit quota Deal Metrics (Blended Across Roles) Quota: $1M – $1.5M Average Deal Size: $50K – $500K+ (with larger enterprise deals up to $1M+) Motion: Mix of transactional velocity + complex enterprise deals What They’re Looking For Grit, urgency, and adaptability (can pivot quickly when needed) Ability to break down a quota and reverse‑engineer success metrics Confidence selling into technical personas Someone who can turn a “maybe” into a “yes” — or confidently disqualify Strong preference for candidates from: High-growth, product‑led or developer‑first environments Examples of relevant backgrounds include: If you’re an AE who can operate at an enterprise level but still thrives in a high‑velocity, mid‑market‑style environment — this is a strong opportunity to step into a high‑performing, high‑demand product. #J-18808-Ljbffr twentyAI
