Senior Consultant, NetSuite

West Monroe is currently seeking a Senior Consultant, NetSuite to join the Technology & Experience team. The successful candidate will bring experience deploying NetSuite software, in-depth knowledge of multiple business functions (Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Project to Cash, International Management), and a proven track record of leading successful NetSuite implementation projects. West Monroe’s NetSuite engagements are typically highly complex, transformative projects for middle‑to‑upper middle‑market clients, with multiple team members working on a single client at a time. What You’ll Do Execute NetSuite implementations across all key activities including requirements gathering, design and configuration, data configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support. Coordinate with client and West Monroe teams on project governance activities. Provide quality assurance review on junior team members’ approaches and deliverables. Participate in non‑NetSuite focused ERP projects such as fit‑gap assessments, software selection, IT back‑office application due diligence or strategy as needed. Contribute to the creation of methodologies, project assets, and tools, and ensure maintenance of those assets. Seek out farming opportunities and engage project managers and practice leadership to evaluate and pursue them in support of business development goals. Participate in account management activities including supporting account planning, developing and maintaining relationships with client peers, invoicing, resource allocations, and project financial management. Actively participate in proposal development by synthesizing client asks and issues while mapping West Monroe methodologies and reviewing client materials to determine appropriate scope and potential out‑of‑scope areas. Assist team members in integrating effectively onto the team, providing instruction, assistance, and coaching on methodologies and work approaches. Model and mentor more junior‑level consultants day‑to‑day in personifying West Monroe values with clients, on project teams, and within individual relationships. May serve as a Career Advisor to an intern or more junior‑level consultant. Support recruiting, interviewing, and selecting campus and experienced new hire consultants. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Information Technology, MIS, Finance & Accounting) or equivalent experience. 4+ years of progressive experience understanding and configuring ERP systems. 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite configuration and/or use. Experience with integration to third‑party add‑on applications, NetSuite customizations, and M&A activity is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create impactful executive‑ready deliverables and polished client‑facing oral communication. Strong data visualization and analysis skills; comfortable using Excel to analyze data and present key insights. Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. Willingness to travel up to 30–50% of the time. Salary Salary range varies based on geographic proximity to a West Monroe office: Seattle or Washington, D.C.: $116,000—$136,500 USD Los Angeles: $121,600—$143,000 USD New York City or San Francisco: $127,100—$149,000 USD Other locations: $110,500—$130,000 USD Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. 401(k) plan with company match.
