Accounts Payable Associate

Growing financial services/investment company seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support day-to-day payment processing and vendor management. Accounts Payable Associate Process invoices and vendor payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) Reconcile credit card and payment activity Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and banking information Support cash management and spend tracking Assist with month-end accounting processes Handle vendor questions and payment issues Work in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Support ad hoc projects and process improvements Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
