Introduction to Overseas Marketing Team Streamax’s overseas marketing team is a professional, passionate, high-growth, and high-efficiency team of nearly 150+ members. We are dedicated to achieving customer success. Our team comprises top experts in various fields including industry, product, technology, and sales. Since 2022, our revenue contribution to Streamax has exceeded 65%, making us absolute contributors to Streamax’s profits, with the proportion continuing to rise. We shoulder the historical mission of Streamax’s globalization process, providing the world's finest commercial vehicle video safety solutions to customers worldwide, helping our clients enhance their market competitiveness. Our mission is to safeguard road safety for travelers. Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across key verticals, especially Public transportation and Freight transport sector. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners in DACH regions, focusing on sustainable growth and win‑win cooperation. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities within the region. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams. Achieve and exceed sales targets through a hunter mindset and strong sales execution skills. Collaborate with Pre sales team, with technical support, product BU and sales operation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Represent Streamax at industry events, expos, and client meetings. Bachelor’s degree or above, with good proficiency in spoken and written German & English. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within public transportation, GPS tracking, fleet management, bus validator business or payment solution for bus/truck solution related. Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in new market segments. Self-driven, proactive, and goal‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
