Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Location not specified. This position involves providing high-quality care within a high-risk obstetrics unit at a magnet designated facility with Level II trauma designation. The RN will be responsible for managing a patient load that includes inductions, high-risk antepartum, and postpartum care, in a fast-paced environment that often involves high-volume deliveries.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: AK (Alaska) RN license in hand, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) Intermediate and Advanced certifications, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week.
• Additional Information: May float within scope to meet hospital needs; flexibility for block scheduling is not provided; candidate must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Certifications: Must possess and maintain current BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP certifications.
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• End Date: 04/26/2027

• RTO Restrictions: Time off must be approved individually upon offer, all RTO must be included in submittal.
• Pending License: Accepted but must have license in hand for auto offer.
• Additional Notes: Candidates will be required to complete modules pre-start and annually, and references (covering 1 year or 6 months for CNAs) are required.
