Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating service needs, and supporting business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing clients and customersServe as the primary point of contact for account inquiries and requestsRespond to customer concerns and coordinate timely resolutionsMonitor account activity and ensure client needs are metPartner with internal departments to support customer objectivesPrepare reports, maintain account records, and update customer informationIdentify opportunities to expand services and strengthen customer partnershipsSupport contract renewals and ongoing account management activities
