Assistant Commercial Project Manager - (Charleston, SC)

NSC is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter/Foreman to oversee operations at a project in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role on a high-profile project with room for long-term growth and advancement.

Position Highlights:

Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Must have 1-2 years previous experience as a APM or Carpenter Foreman in commercial construction
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documents to help identify issues before they impact the field.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal project teams.
Support project schedules by tracking manpower, material deliveries, upcoming milestones, constraints, and trade sequencing.
Experience managing Sub Contractors
Dealing with clients and employees on job sites.
