Lead Parking Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer focused Parking Floater to support parking operations across multiple roles, including cashiering, valet, lot attendant, clerical support, and coverage during manager vacations or absences. This is an entry level position designed to provide hands on experience in parking operations, customer service, and administrative support, with growth opportunities into management and office clerk roles.

Pay: $23

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and revenue handling at parking facilities
• Providing front-line customer service to tenants, visitors, and guests
• Valet parking and lot attendant duties as needed
• Monitoring parking areas and assisting with traffic flow and utilization
• Clerical and accounting support, including basic data entry and report assistance
• Covering shifts for parking managers during vacations or approved absences
• Assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth facility operations
• Maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-focused presence at all times

Qualifications

• Entry-level; prior parking experience is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different roles, shifts, and locations
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including standing for extended periods
• Must be able to learn cash handling and basic clerical/accounting processes
