Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and service‑driven environment. As a Client Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams, helping businesses and communities thrive through integrity, teamwork, and innovation. How You’ll Make An Impact Be the go‑to person for ensuring smooth workflows and providing exceptional client support. Create important documents such as certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and help maintain high standards of client satisfaction. Contribute to client retention and the overall success of the branch by supporting the production team and client service functions. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable using tools and systems to create documents and reports. Committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity standards. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, scope and complexity, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
