Job Description \n Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Centennial, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/21/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 48 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n MS/Tele RN – Centannial, CO\n Shift: Nights, 7p–7a Ratio: 1:5–6 based on acuity Charting: Epic \n \n Requirements: \n \n 2 years MS/Tele experience \n BLS & ACLS (AHA) \n NIHSS \n Prior Neuro experience preferred \n BSN not required \n \n Patient Population: Adults–Geriatrics; Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, Renal, Urology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Psych/Detox, ENT, and General Medicine. \n \n Floating: \n \n Extensive floating required — NO home base facility \n May float to MS/Tele, PCU/Stepdown, or ICU for low-acuity patients based on skillset. \n Traveler must live 60 miles from each facility Additional Info: \n Schedules released 4–6 weeks in advance \n Some shifts may be assigned 1–2 hours before start under JIT scheduling \n Rare standby for low census \n Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week contract \n Must be in-state during orientation week \n Cannot miss more than 3 shifts during a 13-week contract \n Must provide 2 weeks' notice to avoid a cancellation/backout penalty \n \n About Trustaff\n \n Our nurse-first attitude has set us apart from other travel nursing agencies \n \n When you join the Trustaff family, you’re more than just a body filling a role—you're a vibrant individual with dreams and aspirations.
