The organization is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead core accounting operations, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support a scaling business. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in an on‑site, fast‑paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in operational and strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities Lead the month‑end close process and prepare financial reporting Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, treasury, and liquidity Oversee Accounts Payable and billing functions while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships Lead, mentor, and develop a four‑person AP/AR team Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Manufacturing industry experience Exposure to private equity environments If you are interested in the Controller opportunity, please don't hesitate to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
