Job Description MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for Portland, Oregon. The position starts on June 29, 2026 and will last 13 weeks. Location: Portland, Oregon Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8-hour days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, documenting their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and potential for rehabilitation. Create and administer a treatment program with specific goals tailored to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable treatment goals and document progress. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum of one year’s experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
