Graphic Design Office Administrative Assistant
Speedpro Imaging located in Eatontown manufactures large printed graphics, banners, decals, trade show displays, vehicle wraps and lots more. We are a business to business model with a wide range of clients and capabilities. We are in the market for a full-time employee to help manage existing customer relationships and help us maintain an efficient office workflow. Candidate will work hand in hand on a daily basis with the business owner and production manager. Candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking. Candidate will have many daily office responsibilities such as; answering all incoming calls and following through effectively and efficiently. Communicating with clients & associates to stay on top of order deadlines. Entering all orders into our proprietary software. Physically working towards completing orders. (cutting foam boards, hemming banners, packaging orders) Learning how to "cost" our service so they can offer pricing to clients. (We will train) Packaging orders for shipping or deliveries.
Candidate must possess the following skills to be able to perform well at this position; they must be highly organized and detail oriented. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, specifically Illustrator and Photo Shop. Must be comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft's Outlook email program.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
