About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‐oriented, and enjoys helping others in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and update records
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and email correspondence
- Support various departments with clerical needs as assigned
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
