What You’ll Do: Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hampton brand standards Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Report maintenance issues or damages to the front desk or engineering Restock your cart and maintain an organized supply closet Answer basic guest questions about hotel services and local recommendations What We’re Looking For: Dependable, detail oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable with physical work including bending, lifting, and pushing a cart Able to stand and walk for extended periods Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Respectful of guest privacy and hotel property Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a Drug Free Workplace.
