We're hiring seasonal Call Center Representatives to support a well-known retail brand during its busiest time of year. This isn't sales or collections — it's guest support. You'll be helping people with orders, questions, and concerns across phone, chat, email, and text, and helping turn a stressful moment into a good one. ** What you'll do: ** Answer inbound guest calls, chats, emails, and texts — no outbound sales or cold calling Help guests with orders, shipping, returns, and billing questions Resolve concerns on the first contact whenever possible Navigate multiple systems while keeping the conversation personal ** Schedule: ** Full-time, seasonal: October 2026 through early January 2027 Schedule varies week to week based on guest volume; evenings and weekends required Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off On-site in Knoxville, TN — not a remote position ** Pay: ** $20.00/hour to start If you're a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
