Foresight helps leaders running infrastructure capital programmes move from reactive project delivery to proactive control of risk and outcomes.

Construction is one of the least digitised industries in the world. We're building tools that don't meaningfully exist today, solving problems few teams have attempted at this scale.

We recently raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with participation from Creandum (who led our Seed), isai Build, i2bf Global Ventures, and Somersault Ventures. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023.

We are looking for a VP of Delivery to completely reinvent our delivery function. Moving past traditional customer success, you will lead a high-leverage, high-urgency team (comprised of top-tier ex-consultants and technical AI specialists) that bridges the gap between our core platform and our customers. You will serve as the operational backbone that guarantees our clients achieve their target engineering and scheduling outcomes. You will build and scale the organization, driving implementations, technical adoption and continuous field-to-product feedback loops, and ultimately drive revenue through expansion while minimizing churn. 

Requirements

• Recruit, mentor and scale a world-class Delivery organization. Define hiring standards, onboarding programs, and career progression frameworks 
• Own the technical strategy and delivery excellence for our most strategic accounts. 
• Oversee the scoping, design and rollout of complex technical solutions into our customer environments. 
• Supervise the execution of account workplans, milestone tracking, and quality assurance for our global enterprise portfolio .
• Partner with Sales and Product leadership and act as the Voice-of-the-Customer to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback 
• Define operational frameworks for the delivery organization, ensuring smooth handoffs and setting metrics for customer success and ROI 
• Drive retention and expansion by ensuring our customers are achieving their business outcomes 
• Establish institutional memory, rigorous playbooks, QA metrics, and predictable, forward-looking risk mitigation processes .

Professional qualifications

• Proven Delivery leader with experience in high-growth, global, software or technology businesses. 
• Experience delivering AI, data or workflow-heavy solutions in regulated environments. 
• Strong systems-thinking and architectural judgment across services, data and infrastructure 
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving discovery with senior stakeholders 
• Significant track record of managing Delivery teams, preferably within the construction or enterprise software sectors, focused on supporting highly complex enterprise clients with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Action-oriented and hands-on operator who can fluidly shift between strategic leadership and tactical execution as needed in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling technology company.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate, interpret, and act on customer success metrics to inform business decisions and track progress. 
• Experience working in globally distributed and cross-cultural workforces during periods of rapid growth and transformation.

• Total compensation range: $225,000–$275,000+, based on experience and fit against the requirements above, and equity in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.
