Immediate Opening for an Experienced Rithum Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Listing Coordinator with proven, hands-on experience in Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) . This is a fast-paced production environment managing thousands of SKUs across major online marketplaces.

We are looking for a candidate who can step in on day one, independently manage listing operations, troubleshoot marketplace issues, and maintain catalog accuracy with minimal supervision. If you have not worked extensively within Rithum, built listing templates, mapped attributes, and resolved marketplace listing errors independently, this position is not the right fit.

What You'll Do

Marketplace Listing Management

• Launch, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplace channels through Rithum.
• Monitor catalog health and proactively identify issues impacting product visibility, conversion, and compliance.

Troubleshooting & Error Resolution

• Diagnose and resolve listing suppressions, feed transmission errors, attribute mismatches, and rejected SKUs.
• Investigate root causes and implement permanent solutions without requiring step-by-step guidance.

Product Data & Attribute Mapping

• Map internal product data to marketplace-specific category requirements and standards.
• Ensure titles, bullet points, images, attributes, and product content meet channel guidelines.

Inventory & Pricing Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing integrity across marketplaces.
• Utilize business rules and automation tools within Rithum to prevent overselling and listing disruptions.

Listing Optimization

• Improve listing quality by optimizing titles, attributes, keywords, imagery, and content for maximum discoverability and conversion.

Required Qualifications

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on Rithum (ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) experience
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve catalog, feed, and marketplace listing issues
• Experience managing high-volume SKU catalogs across multiple online marketplaces
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and/or eBay Seller platforms
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including:
• • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Text formulas
  • Bulk data manipulation and cleanup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large product catalogs containing thousands of SKUs
• Familiarity with marketplace compliance requirements and listing quality standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize urgent issues and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Job Title: eCommerce Listing Coordinator (Rithum Specialist)
Location: 2205 E Pioneer Dr, Irving, TX 75061 – 100% On-Site
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
