Join Mills Auto Group as a VW Parts Manager and take charge of managing the Volkswagen parts department at our Newnan, GA location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient parts operations to support our service and sales teams.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the VW parts department.
• Oversee inventory control and parts ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with VW suppliers and vendors.
• Train and supervise parts staff to ensure quality customer service.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting regarding parts sales and inventory.

• Proven experience managing automotive parts departments, preferably with Volkswagen.
• Strong knowledge of VW parts and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
