Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Commercial Finance Group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably with a finance practice at a large law firm, and should be familiar with secured lending transactions and UCC Article 9. Duties Assist with drafting and reviewing financing documents. Conduct due diligence for financing transactions. Coordinate transaction closings. Support attorneys throughout all stages of financing transactions. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a finance practice. Experience with secured lending transactions. Familiarity with UCC Article 9. Licensed to practice in California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar admission. Skills Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills. Effective communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. Detail-oriented and responsive.
