Receptionist - Part Time

This position performs as liaison in the initial contact of office personnel with the public in an effective, courteous and confidential manner. Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient in English. Pleasant and helpful personality both in person and via the telephone. Physical Demands: Have the ability to speak, read, write, hear/comprehend in order to communicate adequately to complete the job duties and responsibilities. Ability to carry out fine motor skills and manual dexterity. Ability to sit for 4 to 6 hours a day. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors. Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice, using proper English. Screen or transfer calls. Take and deliver messages when appropriate. Receipt funds received into health center account and patient trust account. Order and receive payment for guest meal trays. Sort and open mail upon supervisor’s request. #J-18808-Ljbffr
