About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Strategy & Design to serve as the Chief of Staff and lead the enterprise design function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's strategy, overseeing business intelligence, project management, and medical economics to ensure disciplined growth and improved clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for process architecture, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Human-Centered Design. Additionally, the role involves executive advisory, cross-functional alignment, and the translation of company strategy into actionable plans. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, process design, or PMO, with a proven track record in building scalable processes across a multi-site healthcare organization. A background in data-heavy functions and direct experience as a Chief of Staff or strategic right-hand to a CEO/Founder is essential. The role requires a systems thinker with a passion for designing elegant, scalable solutions, exceptional executive presence, and a data-driven, highly organized approach. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA, MHA, or equivalent Master's strongly preferred, and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP are highly desirable.
