Patient Care Executive (PCE)
We are hiring a compassionate Patient Care Executive (PCE) to assist patients with daily care needs and support nursing staff in delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with mobility, feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene
- Support nurses in routine patient care activities
- Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Help in patient transfer within hospital premises
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients
- Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10th / 12th pass
- Certification in Patient Care / Nursing Assistant (preferred)
- 02 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights
Preferred Skills
- Caring and patient-focused attitude
- Basic healthcare knowledge
- Ability to work under supervision
- Good communication skills
