Occupational Therapist / Recreational Therapy Coordinator Full-Time
Location: Near Perkinsville, VT 05151
Pay: $36.00 $43.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent (80 hours per pay period)
We're recruiting for a full-time Inpatient Occupational Therapist / Recreational Therapy Coordinator opportunity with a hospital in Southern Vermont!
This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve their independence, daily functioning, and overall quality of life while supporting rehabilitation services.
Potential responsibilities include:

Assess patient needs and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
-
Help patients improve daily living skills and independence.
-
Coordinate appropriate therapeutic activities.
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals.
-
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant education and professional credentials in occupational therapy or therapeutic recreation, as required for the position.

Experience working with rehabilitation patients preferred.
-
Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.
-
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Compensation: $36.00 $43.00/hour, based on experience.
