Account Manager - Saint Augustine Location

Account ManagerWe are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.Responsibilities:Acting as a communication hub for clients/customersBuilding long-term rapport with customersBeing able to negotiate contracts effectivelyResolving customer disputes and attending to enquiriesProviding reports on accountFinding opportunities to assist with the growth of the companyDeveloping ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clientsAssisting with critical issues and escalationsRequirements:Experience as an Account Manager or related professionExcellent communication skillsFamiliar with CRM software and MS OfficeKnowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needsAbility to manage multiple projectsExcellent negotiation and leadership skillsBA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
