Job Description

The Office Assistance role supports daily office operations in a small team environment, reporting directly to the Office Manager. This position focuses on project support, handling reception duties, data entry, customer support, and document preparation to ensure smooth administrative workflows. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and greet visitors professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks
  • Provide responsive customer support
  • Prepare and organize office documents
  • Support various office projects as needed

  • Customer service experience
