Remote HR Business Partner: Strategic People Leader

Avesis Incorporated is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to the Operations organization. The role focuses on aligning people strategies with business priorities to improve performance, engagement, retention, leadership capability, and sustainable growth.
The HRBP will analyze workforce trends and provide data-informed guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
