Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing

Position Summary

Support and execute Qosina's digital marketing initiatives across social media, video content, e-commerce, paid advertising, and search optimization (SEO and AEO). Working under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing, this role executes digital marketing initiatives that support the company's strategic marketing objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist partners cross-functionally to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage customers, drive qualified traffic, and improve online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Support the optimization of the online store experience to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and online revenue.
• Manage product listings, merchandising, pricing presentation, promotions, and checkout flow
• Assist with planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Recommend improvements to the customer journey based on analytics and customer behavior, helping reduce friction and cart abandonment.
• Monitor funnel performance, user behavior, and heatmap/session data to identify optimization opportunities.

Social Media Management

• Execute and help evolve the company's organic social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit).
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including writing copy and generating compelling graphics, photos, or video
• Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting of content
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content and campaign adjustments.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports

Paid Media & Advertising

• Assist in executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, paid social platforms, and retargeting in partnership with external agencies.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for budget optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Coordinate ad creative, copy, and landing pages with internal teams and agency partners.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, reallocating spend to top-performing channels and campaigns
• Report on paid media KPIs including CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS

Video Content Creation and Management

• Coordinate the planning, production, and distribution of video content for digital platforms including YouTube and the Qosina website.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop compelling video concepts aligned with marketing goals
• Ensure video content is optimized for each platform and target audience
• Assist in managing video production schedules with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Search Optimization (SEO & AEO)

• Execute SEO best practices and assist with ongoing optimization initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
• Support content optimization for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-powered search experiences.
• Structure content and implement schema markup to improve visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search
• Conduct keyword and query research and optimize website content accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners on on-page, technical, and off-page SEO improvements.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and AEO/SEO metrics
• Stay up-to-date with SEO and AEO best practices and algorithm changes

General Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies
• Assist in tracking campaign budgets and digital marketing performance.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
• Coordinate with agency and technology partners as needed.

Travel

Education / Experience / Technical Certifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience with demonstrated experience supporting e-commerce, paid media, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate experience
• Demonstrated experience managing paid social media advertising and Google Ads, with measurable ROAS results
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, heatmap/session tools)
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO tools and practices, including schema/structured data
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
