VP Talent Acquisition

For our client, we are seeking a VP Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape a global talent acquisition strategy that supports business growth and evolving workforce priorities across the organization. The role will oversee a large TA team and partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen hiring outcomes, employer brand, and recruiting effectiveness. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on operating model design, process improvement, technology, and the use of AI to advance enterprise-wide talent acquisition performance. Location: Saint Paul, MN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $216,900 – $325,300 annually Responsibilities Shape and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and priorities Lead and develop a global TA organization of approximately 125 employees Own end-to-end TA functions including employer branding and full-cycle recruiting Oversee external partnerships to enhance TA delivery and technology Influence senior leaders to align talent strategies with business needs Leverage data and innovative approaches to enhance hiring outcomes Drive global operating models that ensure consistency and exceptional execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field 12 years of progressive TA and/or HR leadership experience Experience leading global or multi-region Talent Acquisition teams at scale Demonstrated success delivering TA outcomes through operating model, process, technology, and AI Benefits Comprehensive and market-competitive benefits designed for associates and their families Hybrid working options available Opportunities for career development and growth within the organization Emphasis on inclusive workplace practices Performance-based annual bonuses and incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
