Athletics Program AnalystWhile this position does not exercise financial, contracting, or procurement authority, it serves as a primary coordinator for Athletics financial support activities, ensuring actions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Academy, MARAD, and DOT policies and procedures.The position requires close collaboration with coaches, Academy departments, and external stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.Independently analyzes Athletics program trends, funding execution, and operational requirements to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Evaluates funding distribution across Athletics teams and activities to ensure alignment with program objectives and mission requirements.Serves as the Athletics program representative in discussions related to funding execution, travel operations, and resource planning.As assigned, analyzes Athletics-specific procedures related to program coordination and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Prepares briefings, reports, and presentations for senior Academy leadership and external stakeholders as required.The ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized and analytical professional with experience coordinating complex administrative, financial, and operational support functions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while supporting numerous stakeholders.The position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
