End User Computing Engineer AssociateEmplify Health is seeking an End User Computing Engineer Associate to join our End User Computing Team.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional who is passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving. In this role, you will provide technical support for end-user devices, software applications, and connectivity issues while working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure a seamless technology experience.Major Responsibilities:Conduct device analysis, configuration, implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation of end user devices and software systems.Collaborate with users at all levels of the organization to identify operational needs and explore information systems options.Test end user devices to ensure they are functioning effectively before implementation or installation.Work on assignments related to end user devices or other sections of projects and report on project task statuses.Assist in preparing support documentation and knowledge documentation as needed.Serve as the point of escalation for end user device issues/problems triaged from the Help Desk.Participate in root cause analysis for all solutions maintained within the ITDS department.Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.What's Available:Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pmLocation: This role will require working onsite at Main Campus in La Crosse, WICompensation: Starting pay of $23.13/hour and up based on relevant work experience + applicable shift differentials for working a PM ScheduleWhat You'll Need:Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience and educationExperience: No professional experience required.
