Operations Support Associate/ Mail Room
MAX PR: $18.10/hr on W2
LOCATION: Irving, TX (100% Onsite)
JOB TYPE: 4+ Months Contract
SHIFT TIME: Tuesday- Saturday, 4:30pm-1:00am CST
Position Summary
We are seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist with routine operational tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment. This role involves handling mail processing, document updates, and working across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily mail runs and document handling tasks
- Update and maintain records across multiple systems/applications
- Support routine operational processes following established procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes
- Interact with internal teams and client personnel for basic information
- Escalate issues and questions to supervisors as needed
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of operations support or related experience
- Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
- Comfortable working with multiple systems/applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic communication skills and the ability to interact with teams
- Ability to work onsite full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in banking, back-office, or operations environments
- Experience with document processing or mailroom tasks
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, etc.)
