**Become a part of our caring community** The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Reports to the CM Support Manager. Performs computations. + Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. + Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. + This role will be responsible for receving and dialing performs 50% inbound/outbound call lines. + Typically works on semi-routine assignments + Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Eastern **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience. + Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, typing and computer navigation skills using multiple systems, platforms, and an ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + The ability to manage multiple or competing priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's Degree. + Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry. + Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid guidelines. + Familiarity with care and well-being resources. + Bilingual English and Creole/Spanish - please review language assessment criteria. **Additional Information** **Workstyle:** Remote Work at Home **Location:** U.S - must be able to work eastern time zone hours **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Time **Travel:** None Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
