Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a day shift contract requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Siemens Force CT scanners.

Details

• Radiology department CT scan position
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Primarily works alone on Sundays with double duties

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3+ years preferred
• ARRT and IEMA certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with CT Siemens Force scanners required
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification from American Heart or American Red Cross only
• Prior travel assignment experience required, with a minimum of 1 completed travel assignment
• Must provide date of birth for consideration
• Two professional references required, with one from the most recent travel assignment
• Must complete the Relias EKG test with a score of 80% or higher prior to consideration

Additional Information

• One week of orientation Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
• On-site EKG pass/fail test required on Day 1 of orientation; failure results in contract termination
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Local radius of 50 miles
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months before being submitted as a traveler
• RTO limited to 3 days for 8-week contracts and 7 days for 13-week contracts
• Must work at least 1-2 holidays during the contract
• On-site facility interview required, approximately 10-15 minutes
