Requirements Practice setting: Hospital Schedule: Looking for 2-3 10 amp12hr shifts a week Call schedule: none CERNER CRNA will be supervised Average number of surgical cases/day: 35 Average number of pain management cases: 0 Number of operating rooms: 16 No peds *Please Note: Do NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA. RATE CAP 265/hour Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved Please submit the following rates: Orientation - Must be 1/2 of the hourly rate Hourly Holiday Overtime Conversion
