The role will handle contract drafting, redlining, document management, and contract lifecycle activities in a high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review contracts, amendments, and related legal documents.Redline agreements and ensure compliance with internal contracting guidelines.Maintain contract records and manage documents through Jarvis and EagleCoordinate signatures, finalize agreements, and complete contract closeout.Prepare Short-Term Extensions, Notices of Non-Renewal, Demand Letters, and Breach LettersSupport contract negotiations and administrative/legal research activities.Required:1+ year paralegal experience.Paralegal Studies Certificate required.Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.Contract drafting/review experience preferred.Strong MS Office 365 skills. xhyhwjd Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
