We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume kitchen, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our restaurant’s standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring our guests enjoy a top-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Cajun seafood dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning are consistent with restaurant guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking stations, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for service
• Work as a team with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred ( 5 YEARS MIN.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
