Our advanced inspection software, full in-house print capabilities, and proprietary translation and regulatory approval system are designed to reduce overall clinical trial label cycle times.As a key member of the Clinical Trials Division Financial Team, The Senior Finance Manager will lead the Accounting and Financial Planning for the Global Labels Business. This role will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Global Labels General Manager and leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational performance, and business transformation initiatives across a complex global organization. The position will partner closely with key stakeholders across both Basel and Bohemia operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across the business.The successful candidate will lead a global finance team and play a critical role in redefining and standardizing financial processes, enhancing system architecture, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This individual will bring a strong strategic finance mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across functions, including Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and other global business partners.This is a highly visible position and an exciting opportunity. The position requires strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.What You Will DoManage global initiatives with a strategic, business-partner approach, partnering with stakeholders to develop and execute revenue growth strategiesServe as the strategic finance business partner to the Global Labels GM and leadership teamLead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the Global Labels businessDrive Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Strategic Planning (STRAP), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) within a matrixed global organizationPartner closely with Basel and Bohemia teams to drive alignment, collaboration, and operational consistency across the organizationLead business transformation initiatives focused on process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvementCollaborate with Accounting and cross-functional global business partners to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable business processesSupport system architecture improvements and finance process optimization initiatives across the businessMonitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, KPIs, and capital expendituresTranslate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendationsIdentify and lead actions related to business risks and opportunitiesDevelop executive-level presentations and communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadershipLead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong strategic finance and business partnering capabilities within a global, matrixed organizationProven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple sites, functions, and international stakeholdersExperience leading finance transformation, process standardization, and systems improvement initiativesStrong understanding of financial planning & analysis, operational finance, and business analyticsAbility to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignmentAdvanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and planning/reporting tools such as HyperionExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teamsEducation• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance is requiredMinimum Requirements:8+ Years Accounting/Finance experienceStrong knowledge of GAAPStrong Financial Analysis experienceStrong business acumenExceptional communication skillsProactive, Innovative in approach/Strong ability to partner with senior members of the management team.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
