We are looking for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Technician with a strong hands-on background in electrical installation and conduit work. This is an indoor position working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Responsibilities- Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
- Cut, thread, and install electrical pipe/conduit
- Pull and route electrical wire
- Mount electrical boxes, panels, junction boxes, and other components
- Measure and lay out conduit runs
- Install electrical components according to drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
- Perform electrical assembly and installation using hand and power tools
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Previous electrician, industrial electrical, or commercial electrical experience
- Strong experience bending conduit and threading pipe
- Experience pulling and routing wire
- Knowledge of NEC electrical standards
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Experience mounting boxes, panels, and electrical components
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read electrical drawings or blueprints preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Indoor work – no working outside in the weather
- Consistent manufacturing/industrial environment
- Hands-on electrical work
- No residential service calls
- Opportunity to use commercial/industrial electrician skills in a production setting
