Digital Marketing Manager

A growing, multi-location consumer services company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization. This role will manage the company's digital channels, website, analytics, online reputation, and external vendor relationships. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with creative judgment and uses data to increase engagement, conversions, and business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, search, social, email, and paid media. Manage and optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives. Oversee website content, functionality, SEO, and ongoing improvements. Track and report performance using Google Analytics and other marketing platforms. Manage online listings, reviews, and reputation-management initiatives. Coordinate digital vendors, agencies, and platform partners. Support local and company-wide marketing programs. Create or edit basic web, photo, and video content. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technology, communications, or a related field. Five or more years of digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, paid social media, and reputation management. At least one year of professional WordPress experience. Demonstrated success managing and optimizing digital campaigns. Experience working with external agencies or technology vendors. Basic photo- and video-editing capabilities. Strong creative, analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
