Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective patients interested in bariatric and plastic surgery procedures. This individual will manage incoming leads, conduct extensive follow-up, educate patients on available services, and guide them through the consultation and decision‑making process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven sales background and a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and lead inquiries. Conduct consistent and thorough follow-up with prospective patients. Build relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Educate prospective patients on available bariatric and plastic surgery options. Convert qualified leads into consultations and scheduled procedures. Maintain accurate records and sales activity within CRM systems. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead conversion and patient engagement. Track sales performance metrics and pipeline activity. Ensure a professional, empathetic, and patient‑focused experience. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years of experience in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to convert leads. 1+ years of experience in the Medical or aesthetic industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and professional phone and email manner. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
