Print Production Coordinator

The Site is located in Mid-town Manhattan. This is a SECOND SHIFT POSITION. The shift hours are from 4:00pm - 12:30am Monday through Friday. Overtime availability is a plus. Process high volume of print, binding, and scanning. Frequent interaction with internal and external customers, including staff, clients and management. Position Summary Responsible for supporting print, mail, document management, and office equipment operations while delivering excellent customer service. Serves as a primary point of contact for production requests, equipment support, and workflow coordination. Key Responsibilities Operate digital print, copy, scanning, and finishing equipment, including cutters, laminators, inserters, and folding machines. Receive, review, log, schedule, and track customer production requests. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Scan, convert, archive, and manage electronic and hardcopy documents. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate service requests as needed. Maintain equipment, collect meter reads, apply asset tags, and track equipment inventory and moves. Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and related billing documentation. Maintain production records, reporting logs, and file backups. Provide basic end-user training and support on office equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing process documentation and templates. Qualifications High-volume print and mail production experience (3-4 years+). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, internet applications, and document management systems. Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, chart creation, and data import/export. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism. Ability to mentor and support team members. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Preferred Competencies Knowledge of document imaging, file conversion, and print workflow processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.04 - $39.16/hr.
