Production Coordinator

This is a central role within the organization customizing the consumer experience by producing enrollment campaign materials for the company’s benefits enrollments. The focus of this position is on quality and timely delivery of digital and print communications to institutional clients. It involves coordination with teams within the company, outsourcing vendors and temporary staff to accomplish production jobs. Position Responsibilities Coordinate with cross-functional team members for proofs approval and data. Produce quality enrollment materials and send mass emails using Microsoft Word’s mail-merge features. Manage temporary staff and supervise print production quality. Track and maintain inventory of supplies. Edit and collate documents for printed and digital materials. Proactively seek assignments or assist other team members with projects as needed.
