Benefits Manager - Elite Law Firm

One of the nation’s leading law firms is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join the Cleveland, OH (One Cleveland Center) office. This is a full‑time, onsite role. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in managing the planning, implementation, and administration of the Firm’s health, welfare, and retirement programs. Ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of progressive benefits experience (law firm or professional services preferred). Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance and plan administration. Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office .
