Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students at various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with educators to incorporate speech-language strategies within the classroom environment
